1. **Initial Inquiry:** Customers interested in our cleaning, polishing and replating service can initiate the process by emailing us to confirm if their item is eligible for Revive. Our responsive customer service team will promptly assist in determining eligibility.

2. **Shipping Label Issuance:** Upon confirmation of eligibility, we will provide customers with a pre-paid shipping label to facilitate the safe transit of their jewelry to our facility.

3. **Examination and Confirmation:** Upon receiving the item, our skilled technicians will meticulously examine it to confirm if Revive services are applicable.

4. **Cleaning and Replating:** For eligible items, our team will embark on the journey of revitalization. Using industry-leading techniques and materials, we will clean, polish and meticulously replate the jewelry to restore its original luster and charm.

5. **Return Shipping:** Once the cleaning and replating process is complete, we will carefully package the rejuvenated jewelry and ship it back to the customer's provided address. All domestic shipping fees within the U.S. are included in our service, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our valued customers.

How to Order

Shipping & Returns

At Turkish Bling, we are committed to delivering your jewelry as swiftly as possible. We take pride in our efficient shipping process.

Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 1–5 business days, typically 1–3 days.

    • Expedited shipping orders are processed within 1 business day.

    • Orders placed after 12 PM EST, or on Saturday/Sunday, begin processing the next business day.

    • Made-to-order items ship within 2–3 weeks.

  • Shipping: We use USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

  • Tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Delivery: Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delivery time depends on your chosen method, location, and the courier.

  • International: We proudly deliver to the United States. Order is shipped within 2-3 business days once the order is placed. 

Return Policy

  • Complimentary Gifts: Any complimentary products received with a purchase must be returned, or the refund will be adjusted for the gift's retail value.

Gift Exchanges

  • Direct Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit (gift certificate) once the return is processed.
