Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, simply visit account.turkishbling.com or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 15 days to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. We provide pre-paid return labels for eligible returns and exchanges.

Complimentary gifts must be returned with your order or the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Gift Exchanges

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
