Shipping Information

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted with Expedited shipping methods selected will be processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST or Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or your choice like Fedex or UPS. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

Shipping Policy:

At Turkish Bling, we are committed to delivering your jewelry as swiftly as possible. We take pride in our efficient shipping process.

  • Processing Time: Your order is processed within 1-5 business days. We strive to expedite the process and, in most cases, your order is ready for shipment within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping Options: We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs. During checkout, you can select the shipping method that suits you best.

  • Delivery Time: Once your order is shipped, you can expect it to reach you within the estimated delivery time associated with your chosen shipping method. Please note that these times may vary based on your location and the courier service. You will receive a tracking number to keep tabs on your order's status.

  • International Shipping: Turkish Bling proudly offers shipping to the United States. Additional delivery time may be required for international shipments.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

  • Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  All eligible, unworn, unused items you would like to return must be sent back to Turkish Bling within 15 days of receipt of product in original packaging with tags on.

  • How to Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. To request a return or exchange contact our Customer Service via email at turkishblingus@gmail.com.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We will provide you with a pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label and return documents for all qualifying return and exchange requests.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and eligibility of your return for refund. 
For all eligible returns, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days following receipt of your return. 

Please include any complimentary product gifted with a purchase with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail value of the gift. The gifted product cannot be returned by itself or exchanged.

Exchanging Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift certificate to the gift giver.
