Returns & Refunds

• Return Period: You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, and returned to Turkish Bling within 15 days of receipt.

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. This typically takes up to 15 days after we receive the return.

• Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We provide a pre-paid return label for qualifying returns/exchanges.

• Complimentary Gifts: Any complimentary products received with a purchase must be returned, or the refund will be adjusted for the gift's retail value.

Gift Exchanges

• Direct Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit (gift certificate) once the return is processed.

• Non-Direct Gifts: If the item was not marked as a gift, the gift certificate will be sent to the original purchaser.
